Early Voting in Easton

On March 16th the governor signed legislation – An Act further providing Early Voting by Mail – that allows registered voters to qualify to vote by mail for 2021 elections held on or before June 30th.

Easton is currently accepting vote by mail applications. Here are some details and links for vote by mail as well as voting on election day. Early voting in person is not offered for this election.

Vote by Mail information

Application: - email to votebymail@easton.ma.us, mail or place in the silver tax collectors drop box outside of the Town Offices

Other vote by mail information:

  • Deadline to apply is 5PM on 4/20 – but it is recommended to apply ASAP and before April 15th to allow enough time for the mailing process to the voter and back to the Clerk’s Office at the Town Offices.
  • Ballots will be available to be mailed beginning April 5th
  • We recommend voters return their ballots in the secured Drop Box outside of the town offices. The deadline to return a ballot is the close of polls on election day – 4/24 at 4PM – in order to be counted. Ballots cannot be returned to the polls – they must be returned to the Town Clerk’s office via the drop box outside.

Voting on Election Day:  SATURDAY, April 24th , OAHS – 10AM to 4PM

Voter registration deadline:  Friday, April 2nd
