Ames Free Library is hiring! We invite applications from detail-oriented individuals with superior people skills and a passion for libraries for the full-time (35 hours per week) position of Library Circulation Technician. The main roles of this position include: checking materials in and out, renewing items, registering new patrons, placing holds, processing interlibrary loans, and making museum pass reservations.
This benefited position requires two evening shifts a week as well as a rotating Saturday shift. Familiarity with computers, and with library automated systems preferred. Library experience preferred.
