Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Ames Free Library is a nonprofit organization integral to promoting and supporting Library activities and programs, and purchases items not included in the Library’s budget. We hold book sales several times a year, manage the Friends Book Sale Room at Queset House, and participate in other Library-related events.

The Annual Meeting of the Friends of the Ames Free Library will take place at Queset House (behind the main library) on Monday, November 1st from 6:30 – 8 p.m. Election of officers and appointment of chairpersons will be followed by our regular monthly meeting. If you are interested in a position on the Board, or want more information about the Friends, please contact us at amesfreefriends@gmail.com. All are welcome to attend!

VOLUNTEERING
Volunteering with this vibrant group is an opportunity to meet some great Easton neighbors while helping to support the Library. New volunteers are always welcome! For questions about volunteering with the Friends, please email us at amesfreefriends@gmail.com.
