Winter Lego Tournament: There's Snow Place Like Home
Help us "build" a new tradition! Each season, patrons of the Ames Free Library will battle for bragging rights (and a golden trophy) at a themed Lego tournament.
This past October, family and friends cobbled together creepy haunted houses. Our prompt this winter is "There's snow place like home." Will you build a cozy log cabin, a polar bear's warm den, or a glittering ice castle atop the highest mountain peak? Brainstorm to your heart's content; the sparkle-filled sky's the limit!

Rules & Restrictions:
Space is limited and registration is required. You can sign-up starting on Thursday, February 8 at 2:00 PM. Please register ONCE (under one person's name) for your entire group. Teams may include up to six builders (including adults, who are welcome to participate in a supporting role); they must include at least one child under the age of 12. This program is designed to be fun for the whole family but please exercise caution with children under the age of 4. Standard size Lego bricks will be used.
