Ames Free Library’s Queset Garden Concert Series’ eighth annual season is back with our most robust lineup yet!
Concerts will be held every Thursday from June 26 through August 21. All shows are held in Queset Garden starting at 6:00 PM. Shows are canceled in case of inclement weather*; some shows may be rescheduled at the discretion of the performer. Concerts typically run 60 to 90 minutes.
Concert series shows are family-friendly and fun for all ages, so bring your kids, neighbors, and friends! All seating is lawn seating; bring your own blanket or chair. Picnics, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks welcome. Concerts are free and open to all.

- July 3: Alex Hoskyns
- July 10: Matt York, sponsored by a grant from the Easton Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency
- July 17: Defenders Concert Corps.
- July 24: The Jesse Liam Band
- July 31: The Twangtown Paramours,* sponsored by the Friends of the Ames Free Library
- August 7: Don Hammontree
- August 14: Sinner's Pie
- August 21: The Rule of Two
*The Twangtown Paramours, scheduled for July 31, will take place rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather on that date, the program will be moved to Oakes Ames Hall, at 3 Barrows Street.
