Stepping Out

Take a guided tour of nature in The Ames Free Library's video series, Stepping Out, hosted by our very own Lorraine Rubinacci!

While we're all social distancing, getting out into nature helps to strengthen the body and reduce stress. In each episode, Lorraine will teach us something new and help us gain an appreciation for our precious local natural resources.

Learn about spring peepers in the first episode. You can find all the episodes on our Library Blog page!
