"Where the Community Connects"

AFL Teen Advisory Board

Teens - do you want to have a say in what happens at YOUR library? The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meetings are back in person!
We are in the process of re-forming the group and are looking for members ages 12-18. Everyone is welcome to join!
Our next meeting will be outside at the Queset House on Wednesday, August 18 at 4:00 PM. Join us for snacks & a crafty activity! We'll eat and craft while we discuss future TAB activities and ideas. No registration is necessary. Grab a friend and drop in!
What is TAB?
When you join the Teen Advisory Board (TAB), you can:
    • help plan events and programs at your library
    • see what's new in the YA collection
    • help choose library materials, like books, movies, and games
    • promote Library awareness!
Teens ages 12 to 18 can earn volunteer or community service hours by helping the library plan, promote and run programs.
The AFL Teen Advisory Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 4:00- 5:00 PM.
Event Location:
Queset House, Courtyard
