Youth Summer Reading Program 2020: Zentangle Tuesday STEM Activity

For kids and families! Join Miss Jess on Zoom every Tuesday at 2 p.m. for some creative, hands-on summer STEM activities.

Zentangle with Miss Debbie!

Zentangle is a meditative guided drawing method. Tangling is simple to learn. There are no mistakes, and there is no up or down in Zentangle art. The result is always beautiful! Debbie Adduci will teach a few basic tangles while you follow along at home. After, you can take what you’ve learned to create art every day!

You’ll need to have:

  • At least 2 4”x4” squares of white paper
  • A pencil
  • And a fine-tipped black pen (e.g. fine-tipped Sharpie, a gel pen, or a ballpoint pen).

If you participate in this program, you can enter the code TANGLE on your READSquared dashboard to earn a program badge! (For more information on READSquared, visit our Youth Summer Reading Program 2020 page.)
