Yoga is a great way to reduce stress, improve flexibility, increase muscle tone, and much more. Classes incorporate stretching, breathing techniques, hatha yoga postures, and guided relaxation, and take place on the lawn behind the stage at Queset Garden.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel large enough to lie down on. You may also want a blanket to place under your yoga mat in case the grass is wet. Dress in layers. Please note library buildings are closed on Sundays.
Classes are cancelled on rainy days.
