TEENS: Mental Health Self Care
Feeling anxious? Isolated? Sad? Everyone’s feeling a little out-of-sorts right now. People might have recommended that you try some yoga, take a walk, or just have a nice bath… all of which are great, but it’s not that easy for everyone. Here are some websites that have techniques for self-care and looking after your mental health while stuck in quarantine.

Whether you do or don’t, you can check out these free online college courses to get a feel for what to expect in college and find out what path you’d like to take!

TEENS: WBGH Distance Learning Center
Need some more study tools while you're stuck at home? WGBH has created a Distance Learning Center that has multiple lessons for grades 9-12 including Science, English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Math. Check them out here. If you’re working with limited internet access, you can watch many of these lessons on WGBH’s World channel without having to stream video online.

Looking for something to do while stuck inside? Need something to read? Check out Teen Book Cloud, an online database with ebooks, audio books, and even graphic novels! Including classics like Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Little Women, Pride and Prejudice, and numerous Shakespeare plays. Thanks to Tumblebooks, our library has access to this resource through the end of August. Visit the library's downloads page and scroll down to access this resource.
